When will I get my order?

In Stock orders are sent within 24 hours between Monday – Friday. Order received before 2pm are shipped same day. UK orders will be delivered within 1-2 working days. EU orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Back order product will be shipped as soon as possible but have to be manufactured. Please email for time scales for your desired machine.

Is tracking available?

Larger items, presses, moulds etc are sent tracked next day in the UK and international tracked for Europe. Smaller items are sent first class large letter or first class without tracking to reduce costs. This is typically things like parchment paper or rosin bags that will fit through a letterbox.

We provide tracking once delivery has commenced.

What if my package doesn’t arrive?

If the parcel is marked delivered but not received, email us  at in**@ez*****.uk

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

Please check the condition of your parcel before you sign for it. If it’s at all damaged, don’t sign for it and hand it back to the courier to return to us. If you only discover that your parcel is damaged after it is delivered, please contact us via in**@ez*****.uk

Damaged or missing products must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied.

Can I return my products?

If any products are faulty we can give you a replacement or a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you have other reasons for returning your product we will accept unused and unopened products within the the 14 days from the date of delivery. We will charge a 10% restocking fee for unopened packages and 20% refurbishment fee.
